🛒 How to Order

🪶 Materials We Can Work With

We make pieces using a variety of materials, including:

  •  Teeth (human and animal, size limits may apply)
  •  Ashes
  •  Whiskers
  •  Hair or fur
  •  Feathers
  •  Reptile sheds
  •  And many other things, as long as they are not liquid

If the material you would like to use is not listed, please contact us via our live chat or via our CONTACT FORM. We are happy to answer any questions and explore possibilities.

📿 Necklaces

We have lots of options for different styles and currently work with sterling silver or gold/gold-filled.

  • Sterling silver necklaces come on 16, 18, 20 or 22 inch stainless steel chains, and we also offer pendant-only options if you already have a chain. If you would like a sterling silver chain, please let us know and we can provide pricing and details.
  • Gold and gold-filled pieces come in the same sizes on gold-filled paper clip chains. If you would like a 9ct gold necklace, please let us know and we can arrange that.

💍 Rings

All rings are available in sterling silver or gold-filled. Every ring listing has a conversion chart to help with sizing. If you are unsure about your ring size, you can order the ring and provide your size later. 🇬🇧 UK customers can also order a ring sizer at the same time, test the size at home, and then let us know the correct size before production.

📦 Sending Materials

🇬🇧 UK Customers

Once you have placed your order, we will send a return box to your address with everything you need to send your materials safely. The shipping cost includes the return box, the postage for sending your materials back to us, and the postage of your completed piece. The box comes with a small bag for placing teeth, fur, whiskers, or ashes, along with a prepaid return label. Simply follow the instructions and drop your materials in a post box.

We always appreciate any notes you leave us and read everything carefully. Once your package arrives with us, you will receive an email letting you know it has arrived.

🌍 International Customers

For customers outside the UK, once your order is placed we will send an instruction email within 24 hours letting you know how to send your materials to us. All postage to us is the customer’s responsibility, so please make sure the address is correct on your package. If you use a service that incurs import charges we will need to forward that cost back to you. The shipping cost you pay covers only sending the completed piece back to you, including any import charges or duties.

We always appreciate any notes you leave us and read everything carefully. Once your package arrives with us, you will receive an email letting you know it has arrived.

⏳ How Long Does It Take?

Custom pieces take time to make with care. Once we have received your materials, production will usually begin around 6 weeks later unless you have chosen the fast-track option at checkout, which means your piece will begin production no later than a week after your materials arrive.

Once production has started, you will receive an email letting you know it has begun. Once your piece is complete, you will receive an email with tracking information so you know when it’s on its way to you.

We will continue to keep you updated throughout the process to make sure you know what’s happening with your custom jewellery.
