Unless stated, some pieces are based on crystals or other materials that you purchase for your custom piece.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product or service purchased will meet your expectations or be exactly as depicted. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Dreadful Pigeon reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until Dreadful Pigeon confirms acceptance and processes payment.

For custom pieces: Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, but may be tweaked if you contact us before the piece is completed.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. Purchases are for your personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product is the price at the time the order is placed.

Shipping and handling:

  • For GB orders, shipping is separate unless the free shipping threshold is met. For custom pieces, the shipping price includes the return box and prepaid label.

  • For international orders, shipping includes all customs, handling, and import fees except when you are sending materials to us for custom pieces.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information and to update your details as needed. You represent that your payment information is true and that charges will be honoured.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Dreadful Pigeon is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Great Britain (GB) Orders

  • Standard shipping applies unless free shipping thresholds are met.

  • Custom pieces include a return box, prepaid label, and instructions.

International Orders

  • Shipping costs include handling, customs, and import fees for ready-to-ship and custom pieces.

  • Customers sending materials for custom pieces are responsible for shipping them to us.

  • We do not ship to Ireland, Northern Ireland, or the EU. Customers in these regions may use a trusted contact in GB.

You will receive email updates for shipping, materials arrival, production start, and dispatch. We recommend tracking your parcel. We may offer upgraded shipping for delivery issues within limits.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, videos, and design elements, is owned by Dreadful Pigeon, its affiliates, or licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or publicly displaying content without written consent is prohibited.

Dreadful Pigeon and Shopify names, logos, and designs are trademarks and must not be used without prior permission. All other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Dreadful Pigeon is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Dreadful Pigeon. Shopify is not responsible for any sales between you and Dreadful Pigeon. You release Shopify from all claims arising from transactions with Dreadful Pigeon.

All personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy. Certain information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Information may be transmitted internationally to Shopify or third parties to provide services.
