📦 WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Most orders have a production time listed on the item’s page.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for a non custom piece to be made. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Business days are Monday to Friday.

Custom pieces

All custom jewellery is handmade to order. Production begins around 6 weeks after your materials arrive with us.

You’ll receive email updates:
• When your parcel arrives
• When production begins
• When your piece is dispatched with tracking information


🚚 HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

UK delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, UK delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 working days. All UK parcels are sent tracked.

International delivery

International delivery times vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Please note that we are not currently shipping to Ireland, Northern Ireland, or the EU due to new legislation. If you have a trusted contact in the UK, we can ship your order to them and they can forward it to you as a personal gift.

Please allow extra time during busy periods, as occasional postal delays can occur.


✨ CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM PIECE?

Yes. Custom pieces are available to purchase during our weekly shop updates.

Custom slots are released on our website every Wednesday at 8pm UK time. Once you’ve secured a slot, you’ll receive full instructions on how to send your materials.

UK customers will be sent a return box with everything needed to safely post their materials back to us
International customers will receive full instructions for sending their materials

Please note:

• Rings and pendants are bespoke and non returnable
• A 50% deposit is included in the total price and secures your place in our production schedule

❓ MISSING ITEM

If you believe your parcel is lost, please email us at dreadfulpigeon@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

We recommend checking:
• With neighbours
• In safe places around your home
• Your local postal office using the tracking number
