We understand that ordering custom jewellery is a special experience, and we want to make sure you feel confident about your purchase. Here’s everything you need to know about refunds, returns, and exchanges.
💰 Deposits & Custom Pieces
For all custom pieces, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and included in the total price. This secures your spot in our production schedule.

If materials aren’t sent and a refund is later requested, the deposit will still be deducted.

The remaining balance will only be refunded if applicable, depending on the stage of your order.
🛠 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at dreadfulpigeon@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a clear photo of the problem so we can help.

We only replace items if they are damaged or faulty on arrival.
