We want your custom jewellery experience to be as smooth as possible, from sending your materials to receiving your finished piece. Here’s everything you need to know.
🕰️ Production Times
Please check the item description for production times before placing your order, as each piece is made with care and attention to detail.
💌 Import, Customs & Duties
Any import, customs, or duty charges that apply when sending your materials to us are the customer’s responsibility.
📦 Shipping costs for returning your finished piece already include any import charges or duties, so there are no extra costs when your item arrives.
📦 Sending Materials
🇬🇧 UK customers will receive a return box to send their materials. 🌍 International customers will receive instructions on how to send their materials.

📫 Receiving Your Finished Piece
🇬🇧 UK Customers
-Finished items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
-You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your piece is on its way.
🌍 International Customers
-Finished items are sent via Standard Tracked Post.
-Tracking details will also be emailed once your piece is dispatched.
🚫 Countries We Cannot Ship To
Due to 2024 legislation and restrictions, we’re currently unable to ship to EU countries, including Ireland and Northern Ireland.
We aim to make this process as easy and transparent as possible so you can focus on enjoying your custom piece.
