Please only order this necklace if you have a pet tooth, small bone or baby tooth ready to send to us.
This listing is for one made-to-order sterling silver heart pendant with bat wings, with your chosen tooth or material set securely behind glass.
Your tooth should measure between 3mm and 10mm, or you may send two teeth measuring under 5mm each.
Each pendant is handmade entirely from sterling silver and made specifically to fit your chosen tooth or material.
Supplied on a 3mm stainless steel chain. Please select your preferred chain length when ordering.
Sending your item
UK customers: Once your order has been placed, we will post you a returns box and prepaid postage label. Simply package your material securely inside the box, attach the supplied label and place it in a post box.
International customers: You will receive an email after ordering with instructions on how to send your material to our studio.
A cleaning and preparation service is included in the price.
Please be aware
Your tooth may be filed down slightly to neaten it or help it fit the finished piece. If you do not want your tooth filed, please leave a note with your order.
Teeth should ideally measure between 3mm and 10mm. If your tooth is larger, we may need to reduce its size before it can be used.
For all custom pieces, a 50% non-refundable deposit is included within the total price. This deposit secures your place within our limited production schedule and covers the time and resources reserved for your order.
Turnaround time
Our current processing time is 6+ weeks from the date your material arrives safely at our studio.
Your material must be sent to us within 3 months of placing your order.
If we have not received your materials within this period, your order will be marked as dormant and the original purchase price will no longer be guaranteed.
If you later wish to proceed with a dormant order, the amount you originally paid will be credited towards the current price of the equivalent piece, and any difference in price must be paid before work can begin.
If you choose to cancel your order instead, any refund due will be subject to the 50% non-refundable deposit outlined above.
